EI Joins DAI on USAID’s Advancing Capacity for the Environment

Environmental Incentives has been awarded the five-year Advancing Capacity for the Environment (ACE) activity, led by DAI. ACE will be implemented for USAID through a partnership between DAI, Environmental Incentives,Training Resources Group (TRG), and Forum One.

ACE will support USAID’s work in the areas of climate change, environment, energy, and infrastructure in its Center for Environment, Energy, and Infrastructure (EEI) within the Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation (DDI). The project will provide knowledge management, training, communications, and facilitation and organizational development services. EI will lead knowledge management to ensure continuity of platforms including USAID’s Climatelinks, Biodiversitylinks, Land-Links, and Urban-Links websites and will discover new avenues for knowledge sharing.

“Administrator Samantha Power renewed USAID’s commitment to take bold action in the global fight against climate change at COP26. Through ACE, we will build on this momentum by generating, capturing, and sharing the knowledge, tools, and guidance that empower USAID staff to be changemakers in climate and environmental action,” said Amy Gambrill, Director of EI’s Strategic Communications and Knowledge Management portfolio.

Environmental Incentives, DAI, TRG, and Forum One bring their proven track records in implementing high-quality international development and learning projects to ACE.
