Environmental Incentives (EI) is a major subcontractor to Cadmus on the five-year USAID Environmental and Social Safeguarding Support Activity (ES3). Together, the ES3 team will support USAID and its implementing partners to design and implement environmentally and socially sound programs in accordance with critical social safeguards and policies, including the mandates of Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) Sections 117, 118, and 119, and 22 CFR 216 (“Reg. 216”).
Under ES3, EI leads cross-cutting initiatives related to knowledge management, strategic communications, and monitoring and learning activities to assist USAID Missions and Bureaus in sharing and applying innovative and effective practices, furthering the Agency’s work to maximize its development goals, support its partners and beneficiaries, and safeguard the environment and communities. This work builds on EI’s expertise and proven track record in building and enhancing knowledge frameworks to drive collaboration, innovation, and evidenced-based decision making.
