The Sustainable WASH Systems Learning Partnership (SWS) is a global U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) cooperative agreement with the University of Colorado Boulder (UCB) and a consortium of nine partners. It is aimed at developing, demonstrating, learning about, and sharing evidence on systems change approaches in order to improve the sustainability of WASH services and to demonstrate the ways in which such approaches can be incorporated effectively into future WASH sector activities. As the learning partner, Environmental Incentives supports consortium members to test systems-strengthening actions.
